I am happy to hear that you have not had any issues and thanks for posting. Data compiled from our order error tracking shows that we do get it right the vast majority of the time. We definitely give it our very best effort every day. In 2013 we filled and shipped over 20,000 orders and were notified of mistakes less than 2% of the time. 90% of these were small misunderstandings or mix-ups and easily taken care of. I still consider this unacceptable and we are spending a ton of time and money to improve. We have a great plan and it is working. With the implementation of our new inventory management systems and procedures, our goal is to get mistakes below 1% in 2014 and increase our same day fulfillment / shipping rate from 65% to 80%. So far we are on track to hit our targets.
